How can you afford to ship overnight for free?
We do a lot of business with our shipping courier. This has provided us the ability to negotiate a great deal and want to pass it on to you! Why wait when you dont have to!
So If I buy Hair extensions today I will have them tomorrow?
Not necessarily. First of all, the Free Overnight only applies to Customers in the continental US. We also request a 24 hour handling time. So you may order today, but it may not ship until tomorrow.
Are Pro Extensions real human hair?
Yes. Unless otherwise noted all of our products are 100% Human Hair.
Can Pro Extensions be dyed or colored?
Yes they can be colored, but we recommend you use a hair professional. Our sets come with 2 tester pieces for a hair dresser to test or try coloring on before the entire set is colored. We recommend you use the tester pieces before putting any chemicals on the hair. As with your own human hair, the sets can be ruined if the chemicals used are too aggressive. So please use the tester pieces first and use a qualified professional.

How are the extensions attached to your head?
We use a polmyer covered clip with grip teeth and rubber bar to ensure a strong tight hold. The clips are aligned along the weft (material that holds the hair and clip) of the extensions and spaced accordingly to ensure a proper clip to coverage ratio. These clips snap along your scalp.
Do Pro Extensions come with instructions?
Yes, each set of Pro Extensions will come with our "how to" guide. The how to guide will get you started in the right direction and you will be glamorizing your appearance in seconds. Nothing can replace practice and hands on use, but our how to guide will give you a good idea on how to apply the extensions.
How Do I pick the correct color?
We have this great program called the Color ring Loan Program. With this program we actually sell you one of our color rings instead of one of our sets. The color ring has all of our colors on it and is essentially a ring of hair colors. You look at all of the colors and then return the ring with a form that has your color selection on it. Do Pro Extensions have to match perfectly to your hair?
No. this is the beauty of hair extensions. They are set inbetween the different layers of your hair. So a natural blending effect will take place. An exact match is typically not necessary and a slightly different color of hair extensions will often add to your appearance with an exciting new look.

Should I assume that since your hair extensions are lower priced that your competitors that they are of a lower quality?
Of course not. The hair we use in our human hair sets is of the highest quality in the world. We are not a middle man, so we are not paying inflated prices before we bring this product to market. Most other websites are selling someone elses hair extensions and they are paying a high wholesale price for the product. This is our product so we can offer direct to you at a lower price.
Also, we dont have any high priced celebrities that promote our product for a fee. We are focused on quality here and not which recent celebrity has the best marketing presence.
