Pro Extensions will ship most human hair extension sets to domestic residents via US Postal Service Express Mail Service (see conditions below). Express Mail is an overnight shipping solution to 90% of the country and a 2 day shipping solution to the remainder of the country.

We have simply received so many phone calls from customers asking us to send their Pro Extensions overnight that we decided to just give it away free of charge!. Try to get our competitors to send you their product overnight free of charge! No Chance. We also ship the same day that you order (our cut off is 3pm EST). So if you order by 3pm you can (see exceptions below.) have long beautiful hair tomorrow!

We ship so many overnight packages that we have been able to negotiate a great deal for shipping. We pass this great deal on to you in the form of FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING!

Our Overnight Shipping does come with a few restrictions (the small print):

• Express Shipping is only available for orders of $60 or more. If you order a 14” clip on set or longer, then your order will be upgraded to Free Express Shipping. If you order a set of 10” Clip on Hair Extensions or another lower priced product, then you will have to order multiple items to receive the Free Express Shipping. If your order is for less than $60, you will still receive free shipping.

   

• This offer is only available to customers located in the Contiguous United States. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or if you have a military address your order will be sent by the US Postal Service via Priority Mail. International customers will also receive their purchases through the US Postal Service via International Priority Mail. All customers pay $0 Shipping, but unfortunately if you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or in a country outside of the United States you will only receive Priority Shipping! (Hawaii and Alaska residents should expect delivery times of 3-5 days and international customers should expect delivery times of 10-20 days.)

   

• If you order after 3pm EST, your order will not be shipped until the following day. Our shipping deadline is 3pm. If you order after 3pm you should add an extra day for ultimate arrival, one business day to process the order and one business day (or two depending on the zip code) for delivery.

   

• The actual overnight service is shipped through the US Postal Service. The US Postal Service does not service all postal codes overnight. On those areas that are not serviced overnight we will still ship your order via USPS Express, but it may take 2 days for ultimate arrival. This is a minority of Zip Codes and a majority of zip codes are in fact delivered overnight. You can check to see if your order is serviced overnight by visiting USPS Zip Code Verification and using the origin zip code as 46226. If your area does not qualify for Next Day Service through the US Postal Service then your order should arrive within 2 business days. Please keep in mind that this is business days and business days exclude Saturday and Sunday. Therefore, If you order your item on Friday, then you should expect to receive it on Monday.   

   

• We actively fight fraudulent credit card transactions. So there are times when we have to contact our customers to verify the transaction is legitimate. This may cause some slight delays in the ultimate shipping of your product. We call our customers rright away in these circumstances, but if you are not available this could ultimately cause a delay in the shipping of your item. One way to ensure a smooth transaction is to ship your order to the billing address of the credit card that you used to make the transaction. This will always ensure your transaction ships out smoothly and quickly. If you can not ship to the credit card billing address, then we may need to contact you.

   

• This offer is only available to retail consumers. Sets won via web promotions, sold at bulk rates, or sold to wholesale customers or through larger negotiated contracts are not eligible for free overnight delivery.
