We want every customer to be a satisfied customer. We work very hard to insure that the merchandise we sell is of the highest quality and free of defects. If you would like to return an unused set of Pro Extensions we will accept returns for up to 7 Days after receipt of the package. We also charge a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs back to Pro Extensions is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are accepted for unopened merchandise only. You should not remove the hair extensions from the gold twist tie holding Pro Extensions to the interior packaging insert. You should not remove the green cardboard binding ring that holds Pro Extensions together. You should not seperate the extensions from the Green Packaging Insert in any way. These standards will be apparant once you actually receive the product.
Pro Extensions is not offering a "try it before you buy it" service. If you try your extensions and then send them back we are not able to resale them to another customer. So this is a policy which we must strictly enforce. We want to ensure that every customer receives a perfect set of extensions with every purchase.
However, you can remove the green carboard packaging insert that holds and displays the hair extensions from the plastic bag. This will allow you to feel the superior quality of Pro Extensions by touch. You can match hair color by simply removing the extensions from the bag (not the packaging insert) and holding them up to your existing hair color. Both of these inspection techniques should be enough for any customer to determine if this set is the right choice for you.
Returns & Exchanges Procedures:
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for product that has been used.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted for product that has been received over 7 days before the initial request to return.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns
All Products will be inspected prior to issuing a refund for compliance with our return policy. If a product is found to be improper and not in compliance with our return policy a refund will not be issued and we will be unable to ship the product back to you without receiving payment for the reshipping costs.
All returns or exchanges must be arranged by phone at 888-765-3740 prior to sending the extensions.
All returned merchandise must be unused and in resaleable condition.
Shipping returns back to Pro Extensions is at the expense of the customer.
Insurance should be considered when shipping the item back to Pro Extensions. We can not guarantee it will arrive to us the way it arrived to you.
Chargeback Policy:
Unfortunately, some customers choose to use the credit card chargeback
process in a fraudulent manner.Some
customers will charge back legitimate transactions on their credit card instead
of following our return policies.If
those cases, we will provide proof of delivery to the credit card company and
we will ultimately win the chargeback.Once a chargeback is submitted, we can no longer help you in regards to
any matters as it relates to our return policies.
Chargebacks that are lost and that are determined to be
legitimate transactions are turned over to a collection agency as an unpaid
debt.In the event the balance can not
be collected, the collection agency could submit the amount due to all three
major credit bureaus, file a small claims law suit, contact the customer at his
or her place of business, or even send notice to the customer’s local police
department.We reserve the right to
collect any unpaid balances from the fraudulent use of the chargeback
process.
