  • NO SPAM. We will NEVER send you any unsolicited e-mail. If you choose to subscribe to our free weekly newsletter, you will receive your newsletter once every week. Clear unsubscribe details are always shown on the newsletter.
  • ONE WEEKLY EMAIL. From time to time, we may, send you pertinent information on special offers, giveaways or special discounts should you choose to subscribe to it. In any case, you will receive no more than one (1) of such e-mail every week.
  • COOKIES. This site does use cookies. However, we do not keep any of your personal details on cookies. We simply store your Customer ID (just a number) in cookie format. This Customer ID does not correlate to any of your personal information. We also store your first name on cookie format to personalize this website. This cookie is only present if you have not registered as a member of our site. If you are a member, then the only cookie that we use is the Customer ID cookie.
  • CONTESTS ARE CONFIDENTIAL. From time to time, Pro Extensions will run contests on our website. Any information entered through these contests also complies with this privacy policy.

Free Overnight Shipping

We know you want your hair NOW! So we want you to have it NOW! Simply place an order of $60 or more and we will ship your order Express Mail through the US Postal Service (excluding the Pro Fusion).

Pro Extensions will ship most human hair extension sets to domestic residents via US Postal Service Express Mail Service (see conditions below). Express Mail is an overnight shipping method available to 90 percent of the country and a two-day shipping method for the remaining 10 percent.

We received so many phone calls from customers asking us to send their Pro Extensions overnight that we just decided to give it away free of charge! Try to get our competitors to send you their product overnight free of charge! There’s not a chance of that happening! And if you place your order by 3 p.m. EST, we ship it the same day! So if you order by 3 p.m. you can (see exceptions below) have long beautiful hair tomorrow!

We ship so many overnight packages that we have been able to negotiate a great deal for shipping. We pass this great deal on to you in the form of FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING!

Overnight Shipping does come with a few restrictions (the small print):

  • Express Shipping is only available for orders of $60 or more. If you order a 14-inch clip-on set or longer, then your order will be upgraded to Free Express Shipping. If you order a set of 10-inch clip-on hair extensions or another lower-priced product, then you will have to order multiple items to receive the Free Express Shipping. If your order total is less than $60, you will still receive free shipping, but it will not be with an overnight service.
  • This offer is only available to customers located in the Contiguous United States. Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or at a military address will have their orders sent by the US Postal Service via Priority Mail. International customers will also receive their purchases through the US Postal Service via International Priority Mail. All customers receive free shipping, but unfortunately if you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or in a country outside of the United States, you will only receive Priority Shipping! (Hawaii and Alaska residents should expect delivery times of three to five business days and international customers should expect delivery times of 10-22 business days.)
  • If you order after 3 p.m. EST, your order will not be shipped until the following business day. Our shipping deadline is 3 p.m. If you order after 3 p.m., you should add an extra day for arrival time: one business day to process the order and one business day (or two, depending on the zip code) for delivery.
  • The actual overnight service is shipped through the US Postal Service. The US Postal Service does not provide overnight service to all postal codes. On those areas that are not serviced overnight, we will still ship your order via USPS Express, but it may take two business days for ultimate arrival. You can check to see if your zip code is in an overnight area by visiting USPS website under the zip code verification page. Use the origin zip code as 46226. If your area does not qualify for next day service through the US Postal Service, then your order should arrive within two business days. Please keep in mind that this is business days and business days exclude Saturday, Sunday and all observed holidays. Therefore, if you order your item on Friday before 3 p.m. EST, then you should expect to receive it on Monday. However, if you order Friday after 3 p.m. EST, you should expect to receive your order on Tuesday.
  • We actively fight fraudulent credit card transactions. There are times when we have to contact our customers to verify the transaction is legitimate. This may cause some slight delays in shipping your product. We call our customers right away in these circumstances, but if you are not immediately available this could cause a delay shipping your item. One way to ensure a smooth transaction is to ship your order to the billing address of the credit card that you used to make the transaction. This will always ensure your transaction ships out smoothly and quickly. If you cannot ship to the credit card billing address, then we may need to contact you.
  • These shipping offers are only available to retail consumers. Extensions won via web promotions, sold at bulk rates or sold to wholesale customers or through larger negotiated contracts are not eligible for free overnight delivery.


To do an all-out return of your product, we require the item be in re-salable condition. This means the item should not have been removed from the original packaging (we do check). All sets should have the original gold twist tie intact and be securely fastened to the inner packaging material.

Returns must be shipped back to us within three days of their arrival to you. The arrival date is determined by tracking information and your return shipment date is determined by your package postmark. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

There is a 20 percent restocking fee for returns. Print off the return and exchange form and return this form with your package. Return all contents from your original order. We also recommend you use a shipping service with tracking. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

No Hassle Exchange

Exchanges are allowed up to seven days after the product is delivered. You are responsible for the costs involved in shipping the product back to us to complete an exchange. The product’s arrival date is determined by tracking information and the return shipment date is determined by your package postmark. All exchanges will be shipped via a standard method. We will not ship your exchange via overnight as this shipping service is only available for original purchases.

We waive the restocking fee for exchanges, but shipping costs to get the product back to us is your responsibility. We recommend you use a shipping service with tracking. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

You are only allowed one exchange per purchase. Print off the return and exchange form and return this form with your package.
